Damages and Issues We want every item to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at spurthijewels1@gmail.com so we can address the issue.

A complete 360 degree unbox video before the cover opening till end is mandatory. This video need to address the damages also in it. We need this proof compulsory for any minor issue also.

Non-Returnable Items Given our no-return policy, we do not accept returns on any items, including sale items, custom products, perishable goods, and gift cards.
